Pet Policy

Twin Oaks is a Pet Friendly Community with the allowance of up to two domesticated animals; cats and/or dogs. Restricted breeds apply and include: American Staffordshire Terriers/American Pit Bull Terriers (aka Pit Bulls), Cane Corsos, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Siberian Huskies, Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, and Wolf Hybrids. Pet rent at $15/pet with no more than two domestic animals per home. A one time nonrefundable pet fee is due upon move in or at the time pet arrives at $350/pet. Updated rabies vaccination records are required to be supplied to the management upon move in and renewal. No reptilian, arachnoid, or amphibious species allowed. All pets are required to be leashed when outside of their home as well as pets are required to be cleaned up after when defecating on premises.
